The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has made it an essential technology in medicine, education, scientific research, computer vision, natural language processing, automated driving, robotics and automation, as well as in other fields such as retail (marketing), across all industries. Over the past decade, companies have made notable strides in these areas, leading to numerous future opportunities and related challenges. In addition, artificial intelligence systems have an impact on work efficiency and industrial activity. Rapid progress in artificial intelligence and related technologies will help service providers create new value for their customers while improving the efficiency of their operational processes. Effective implementation of artificial intelligence requires planning and tactics to transform the necessary technologies. This article explores the state of AI-based technology applications and their impact on various sectors such as healthcare, education, and the marketing (retail) industry. The results show that the healthcare, education, and marketing industries are currently using AI-enabled systems to perform various actions across a wide range of services.
